• pm-download needs to cope with today's changes in #652566. install profile variants have been renamed and are handled correctly. we are still only handling tar.gz archive type for wget downloads.

• Only show most important global options on 'help' command. The full list is available via a topic. Now we are free to add lots of global options without clutterring main help ... Also fixes bug where we show hidden commands in HTML help.
