Once #578592: Cleanup + fix the "Signup summary" at the top of node/N/signups/admin and #581652: Add a {signup_log}.count_towards_limit column and adjust limit logic accordingly land, we're going to want to alter that summary form from signup_status_limit to display the right info about the limit type on the node, and if configured for per-status limits, info about the current limits...

dwwThis patch depends on #578592-2: Cleanup + fix the "Signup summary" at the top of node/N/signups/admin, but I think this looks pretty nice for both global vs. per-status signup limits.

dww@roball: Please read the README.txt file included with signup_status. In particular, the "Setup" section. That's what you're missing.
