Update 1.2.10 breaks menu functionality

Problem/Motivation

The changes in https://git.drupalcode.org/project/y_camp/-/merge_requests/45 fundamentally break the out of the box mobile menu functionality. It seems like they should have been made as a patch to the specific project instead of the main module, and were not tested on the sandbox.

Steps to reproduce

- Go to https://sandbox-carnation-cus.y.org/camps/camp-colman
- Enable layout builder and add a camp quick links and main menu
- View the site on mobile.
- Hamburger menu is duplicated, mobile menu has dark green background.

Proposed resolution

Completely revert https://git.drupalcode.org/project/y_camp/-/merge_requests/45
