Remove Component Libraries: Components module from Varbase Components ~3.0 and Integrate with UI Patterns ~2.0

Problem/Motivation

#3484597: Start a 3.0.x branch for Varbase Components to support UI Patterns ~2.0 and Storybook and pave the way for a smooth upgrade process to Drupal 11

Proposed resolution

• Remove CL Components form the composer.json file.
• Remove remove it from the default Varbase Components Recipe.
• Switch to use the list of components and Drupal UI management for components to UI Patterns ~2.0
