Add Project Browser module to Varbase Core

Problem/Motivation

As a developer/site builder, I want to be able to browse modules within the CMS that I can use for my site so that I can more easily see what solutions are available without having to always go to Drupal.org.

As a Site builder, I want to be able to browse recipes within the CMS to run/process selected recipes from the UI for my site. without the need to use a terminal.

Proposed resolution

• Add drupal/project_browser ~2 in the composer.json file.
• Add drupal/automatic_updates ~3 in the composer.json file.
• Install the Project Browser module in Varbase Core module by default.
• No hook update to enable for old sites

This could help so much when working with Varbase Demo sites
