Drupal 11 compatibility [#3457113]

Problem/Motivation

After review of the autowiring issue, I believe that change will probably require a new major version of purge. With Drupal 11 coming out soon and so many downstream modules depending on the current version of Purge, we need a slimline version that will keep D9-11 compatibility, while providing a step for other modules to upgrade on their own to the new version after D11 comes out.

Proposed resolution

Fix the failures due to ContainerAwareTrait being removed from D11, and any other deprecations that may result as well.
