Update Drupal Core to ~10.3.0 and ~11.0.0 with support for recipes in Varbase Demo version requirements

Proposed resolution

• Change core_version_requirement to ~10.3.0 || ~11.0.0 in the .info.yml file.
• Change drupal/core to ~10.3.0 || ~11.0 in the composer.json file.
• Remove default_content:default_content from the .info.yml file.
• Switch to a Default Varbase Demo recipe and drop the use of Default Content module in favour of Drupal Recipes
• Keep using the Drupal Content module for processing the import of default content, as the Drupal Core Default Content processor has extra restriction and other mapping for some parts of the default content.
