The 'open file browser' icon is missing on link button on Drupal 10.1.7. i tested this with both 3.0.9 and 3.0.10.
i also tested this with a fresh install of Drupal 10.0.11 and it was working and after upgrade to 10.1.7 it disappeared.

See picture of the old version. Unfortunately I cannot say from which Version of Drupal it doesn't work anymore.
For sure, it worked unter 9.5.11
I ran several time Drush cr and Drush updb
Let me know what further informations could help.
I would appreciate, when it will work again.

But clicking on it - the Content does not show
I tested several browsers.
