Fix issue when adding background color the class bg-color adding, but when deleting the color the class will not be removed

When adding background color the class bg-color adding, but when deleting the color the class will not remove.

Steps to reproduce

- Install Varbase
- Add new landing page layout builder.
- Add block or section with background color, the class bg-color adding, but when deleting the color the class will not be removed

Proposed resolution

Update the patch on #3213112: Add a specific class when having sections with background color, image, or video option to apply patch #20
