jhodgdonThis needs to be committed to the new 8.3.x branch -- we are not using the 8.x-2.x branch any more (there was a recent message to the Translation email list about this).
Also since it was in the wrong branch, if there are any 2016 copyright dates in the file, please update them to 2017 -- anything in 8.3.x has been recently fixed in #2891717: i.1. Copyright: update copyright date, but the 8.2.x branch was not updated.
