I don't tick on 'Remember me' but system remember me when I close the navigator and I come back.

What Drupal version are you using? I'm asking because we made quite some changes to the session handling code lately. If you are using the development version (HEAD), chances are a bug crept in.

Has this version a 'remember me' bug?
