The format list on the configuration screen of the IM toolkit (admin/config/media/image-toolkit) has, at least on Windows, an incorrect encoding specified:

     ...
     DJVU* DJVU      ---   D�j� vu
     ...

Did not yet try to find a solution. Is this the same on linux?
