Here's a simple patch that adds an option in the configuration page which lets the site administrator control whether the pixel code appears on admin pages.

The owner of this module will not be doing any updates to it. I have been in contact with the owner and they were going to point to our module but haven't done so yet.

Turn of FB pixel on admin pages as default. Facebook does not need to track site's admins.

On the other hand, as the good-looking patch was provided, I don't actually mind merging this.

It has been pushed to 7.x-1.x.
