I tried using the predefined color box widget but it is not using the default colors I set. It just uses the ones that the module comes with. It does save my defaults but it just does not use them. See attached image.

@targoo; the patch fixed the issue for me .. I just tested it. Maybe this should be committed and status set to Solved / Patch to be ported? Just sayin' - two people had this issue and the patch did fix it.

@caspervoogt, you are right, the issue is still present.

@targoo, I've changed the "Default colors" (added my colors), and saved field settings after field settings edit, "COLOR FIELD SETTINGS" are not displaying my new colors, also I can't see my colors on node add/edit page.
See screenshots, tested with 7.x-2.x branch.
