profile, roles, migrations, etc. it's just more clear descriptive. won't hurt to use the same terminology as the recruiter distro either (although we're not changing candidates to applicants any time soon)

turns out I renamed the module itself too, good times!

there's no upgrade path anyway but there will be clear warnings for people to re-download and re-install from scratch when testing the upcoming alpha10 or beta1 release
