When I attempt to create my first account after installing Drupal, Apache is giving me a core dump (immediately after clicking the "create new account" button.)

Should I send the Dr Watson log? Any suggestions for things I should be checking?

Here's my platform details:
Windows 2000
Apache 1.3.27
PHP 4.3.1
MySQL 3.23.56
Drupal 4.2.0 RC1
