new users are not recieving emails.

New users are not recieving email with their password.

I cannot login as I cannot remember the password for admin, and I don;t have the email. And I can't get a new password emailed.

Any ideas ?

Can I just delete the users (only 2) from the db and create a new 'first' user ?

Any ideas why emails are not being sent ?
can I check the config via the db ?
