just to clarify the urls (they have changed since this issues was filed on september 24, 2007!) are:
1. http://platform.fundcamp.org/dev/?q=node/9
2. http://platform.fundcamp.org/dev/?q=/node aka "the summary"

"the summary" is missing the text of 3 of the axes (but the name of the axis and the score show up correctly for these axes):
Missing Axis #1 "Prototype Gate" is missing the text "Prototype shows things, but there is so much more it could do"
Missing Axis #2 "StakeHolder gate" is missing the text "Not sure what I should say about Stakeholder. We'd need to put a short explanation for each dimension"
Missing Axis #3 "Production gate" is missing the text "What is productin gate, I'd like to not vote on this one"

I think the problem lies in the code that themes the teaser.
Try to apply the attached patch, or override the theme function in your template.

update: That project is dormant, but I have another that I am going to be using node review on, and will apply and test patch and report back here ASAp. Thank you for your attention to the problem.

I applied this patch, and it immediately fixed the problem. I will continue to use. Also will be using node review heavily on another site. So far so good. Will report back here with any potential issues.
