I'm using token_insert in conjunction with token_custom and token_filter to allow users to create custom tokens and insert them in text. I found it inconvenient to have to enable a new token for insertion each time one is created. Will attach a patch.

Attached patch adds a 'all tokens' checkbox per category, and hides the individual tokens when checked.
