We never updated the VersioncontrolRepository deletion logic to include events. This needs to be done before we can deploy.

This goes for vc_git as well, but it's laborious to open a second issue so i'm just using this for both.

also, note that we do NOT delete events on purges - only *actual* repo deletion.
