Toggle style should also disable their rtl counterparts.

In omega the toggle style feature is quite useful. Right now I am facing the problem that when I toggle a style, let us say I remove views.css, it does not disable its counterpart css, views-rtl.css. I think the correct behavior would be to disable both of them.
