ksenzeeThis patch uses the same technique as the user edit page for creating a required disabled checkbox.

ksenzeeOops. Just noticed this patch breaks the validation that requires fields without hours granularity to have timezone handling of 'none'. Here's a new patch, with a test for the validation. Also attaching an interdiff showing just this change, in case anyone reviewed the first patch already.
