Menu attributes use some variables to show/hide differents attributes ( "menu_attributes_{$attribute}_enable" ). For an unknown reason this setting may be 0 and this caused this issue: #1007300: D7 version not working

Seeing those variables, I made a quick configuration page to easily configure them.

There's actually already an interface for it at admin/structure/menu/settings but it wasn't working due to a bug. This is now fixed in Git: http://drupalcode.org/project/menu_attributes.git/commit/da4bdb1
