Regularly use the softaclous to make installation of Drupal 7 , and subsequently install the modules necessary without problems . It turns out that now after installing drupal 7 and when I need to install any module , eg views, gives the following error:

I contacted the hosting company that says I have to upgrade the service ... but for that I have to pay more .... or optimize the script ... but do not know how to do ..... there is some form of overcome this ?
