Hi all,
I'm looking for a module to implement an archive of how-to guides.

An how-to should be a simple content-type containing text and images.
It should have also a title, an author, a category, a subcategory and some keywords.

Do you know a module with this features?

This is all core Drupal functionality. You just create a new content type for "How To" and add the fields you want.

To add to Bander2's comments, you can use the book module for structured content, and add the fields you need to the book page content type.
