I am doing some work on an existing d7 site that had slideshow cycle installed and customer wanted to adjust the timeout. I installed the jquery cycle options and could see it and make the changes while being logged in as admin.

Weird thing: customer, using same login, can't see the Cycle Options area in the overlay from Views -> Slideshow -> Format: Settings. he is using IE 9, but I tested and confirmed it works for me. I sent him a screenshot of my view and he sees a big blank area where cycle options is. Everything above and below this blank area is visible for him.

I had him clear his IE cache, but he still sees the blank area where cycle options should be.

Any ideas how this can be rectified?

Thanks!

SOLVED! Customer was running Vista/IE9 and had issue. It was visible on another machine running Win7/IE9. I convinced him to try Firefox on his Vista machine and voila! he now has access to the Cycle Options.
