Hi all.. .I need to help to install drupal on another folder e.g.: xyz.com/drupal

afterwhich i would need to move it to xyz.com after testing.

this is because there is content and data on xyz.com currently and i would like to test out and reference the content before i use drupal on the home folder.

can anyone experienced please help and let me know if there would be any potential problems that i should take note of or advise on whats the best way to do this?

means i installed drupal elsewhere, but would like to move it to the main folder after everything has been checked

Hopefully these can help you.

Before you do online, you should test the whole process on localhost.
Also don't forget to backup everything on the live server, before you move xyz.com/drupal to the xyz.com.
