Hi,

I aggregate news from some websites, and whenever they use a quote (")in the topic of the article, my site displays it as '

For example:
Sporty Capetonian to present & #39;Survivor& #39; - Cape Argus (subscription)
instead of
Sporty Capetonian to present 'Survivor' - Cape Argus (subscription)

You might see some more examples on http://www.dieinter.net on the left at the news sections.
