under 4.4 my forum topics show in the forum topics block on teh side bar. but when i go to the forms link on the menu I get a blank page. How do I get it to work like drupal.org?

My apologies for the idiot post! I had attempted an unsuccessful upgrade on this site and at some point changes they directory structure. Therefore, the base reference in the conf file was pointing to no ware. Funny thought a lot of stuff worked, mainly only the CCS stuff was not loaded.
