Software engineer with a strong background in agile methodologies. My current focus is on backend development, but my vision is to become a Project Manager in the future. I enjoy programming in both backend and frontend, always in pursuit of innovation and continuous learning.
One of my top priorities is to promote inclusive leadership that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion in business (DEIB). I passionately believe that in the tech field, both soft and technical skills are equally important and should be valued as such.

On November 25, at Drupal Camp Costa Rica, I enthusiastically presented the talk "I'm a developer and I'm assertive!", focused on promoting assertive communication in technology. Highlighting that it is an existing but little visible topic, my objective was to highlight its importance and stimulate reflection in the developer community.
