A number of improvements

- Issue #2866072 by bonus: Update Fastly module (d8) to meet Drupal coding standards
- Change Surrogate Key purges to use the new multiple surrogate keys per API call.
- Issue #2871576 by bonus: Add support for API Tokens
- Issue #2853958 by bonus: Make Fastly a Purge Module Plugin

This release is expected to be the final release-candidate version, prior to the first full relase for 8.x. There will be a two-month window, from 7th August until 7th October, and if no new major bugs have been reported then 8.x-1.0 will be released.

The following issues have contributed to 8.x-1.0-rc2 the second 'release candidate' version for Scheduler 8.x, released on 7th August 2017.
