• Issue #2929996: Updated [Drupal Core] from 8.4.2 to 8.4.3

This release features:

• the ability of specifying the TMS filters that we want to use with our site, which can be overridden by specific Lingotek profiles;
• improvements in race conditions when several translation completion notifications arrive at the same time. Previously, some of these were dismissed, now all of them should be handled correctly;
• UX improvements for Paragraphs management
• Several bugfixes
