Issue #2933847. Port to Drupal 8.

The main change in this new version is that the module now relies on routes instead of paths.

This is more friendly with Drupal 8 and fixes some issues from the 8.x-1.x branch.

This is a patch release of Drupal 8 and is ready for use on production sites. See the CHANGELOG.txt for a summary of changes and improvements since the last minor release. Learn more about Drupal 8.

Config structure has changed. This will remove the old structure in a later release.

• Adds ability for multiple vocabularies for bundles with better configuration page.

HAX updated. Documentation updated to match

better documentation as to process.
Require installation the "Right Way" in the webcomponents/polymer libraries directory
