After upgrading, you must check if you need to run the database upgrade script.

After upgrading, you should visit the setting page and make sure all the settings are the way you like them to be.

• Ability to install library via Composer, and have the JS served from the local filesystem.
• Debug mode! Turning on debug mode will output all sorts of interesting stuff to your console, and HTML.
• Better identification of administrative links. We now look at the parent selector while seeing if this is an admin link.

Fix a regression #3020747: Don't add SSL config to configuration files if the crt files aren't there/aren't readable. (especially redirects)
