Bug fixes

Main fix is handling exceptions when the web service is not available -- the state's web service is actually down today, so this is needed to process taxable transactions.

Also some code style fixes.

Updates to incorporate work done on a site now in production, to support group per subdomain, supply a block context, and a views argument handler.

This release includes a couple of significant changes (see the README.txt file for more details):

1. Profile labels have been enhanced, and the format can be configured.
