* Fix the TFA form issue of Recover code enable and disable. Now Administrator can enable or disable the recovery code feature.
* On the basis of recovery code plugin setting, recovery code will be shown or hide for users to setup TFA and on entering TFA code after login screen.
* Check for all the users roles in assigned roles for TFA
