• Fix cache cid collision

Fixing issue with js file updating improperly.

Removing jQuery dependency in favor of vanilla javascript.
Password field no longer shows plain text after invalid user submission.

Fixing an issue where if a user submits the form with wrong username/pass, the checkbox remains checked, but the functionality of hiding the password is no longer working.
