Creating the first stable version of the module.

Changes since 8.x-1.5:

Major changes involved in this release, Primarily removed 'cycle' & added 'cycle2' library and bug fixes.

Second beta release of version 8.x-2.0 of the OAuth2 Client module.

This release fixes various bugs from the first beta release.

• Matched the theme interface of the Token module so embedding the token browser in the page will work as expected.
• Fixed some instances of the page reloading when the token browser dialog is opened.

Fix up for the 7.x-1.7 release:

Set new noopener setting to FALSE to maintain behavior of previous versions of the module.
