Quick fix release for the microsub server so the status field is installed already!

This release introduces a light weight microsub server. Run drush entup and updb so new tables are installed and the configuration is updated.

Changes since 8.x-1.0-beta2:

• Microformats: add u-audio class
• Microsub: built-in server

• Tiny fix for reply links on comments

Important: We need to run update.php because we have Issue #2959128.
It is recommended to do a backup of the database, before upgrading, to be able to return to the previous version of the module in case of problems
