• Issue #3027655 by Loparev: Check status throttle prevents jobs from being queued

The CDN has been changed from cdnjs to jsdelivr. If you are using local instance of CodeMirror you need to re install it.

• #2996128: Add support for Markdown
• #3026888: Problems with non-CDN version

HIghlight of this release is a new drush generator that adds commands for easy creation and update of subthemes.

You can use new drush generator to update your custom child themes. Please check new documentation section that is explaining these steps in more details https://www.drupal.org/docs/8/themes/bs-base/updating-existing-child-theme.
