Fixes notice when creating a new node.

This release reverts a change in 1.3 that threw a MigrateSkipProcessException() when the xpath plugin cannot parse the XML.

Now, the xpath plugin returns NULL. This allows you to choose to skip the remainder of the process for the field, or skip the entire row using skip_on_empty, or similar.

When you mention a person in a comment or post, the chance that this person is suggested earlier in the list is now much higher. This is because we altered the possible number of name suggestions to reach 100. If the list becomes too long, a scroll bar is automatically added.
