Bug fixes

It's been such a long time since the last stable release, but there's been a number of valuable bug fixes committed since then. Notably:

There is a new setting to enable the coupon field on the signup form. Run `drush updb` to import this setting.

Fixed wrong hook_update counter (duplicate function name).
