• Issue #3017999: Changed [Varbase 8.5.x profile] to use Drupal ~8.6 with tilde Version Range (~) for a step preparation for the upgrade to Varbase 8.6.x

#3013157: Required on publish is not compatible with ECK - When used in combination with the paragraphs module, there was a possibility that the parent of a paragraph would not be a publishable entity. This adds a check to ensure a paragraphs parent is publishable before validating.

Fixed a bug causing module not being able to enable node weight for node types in drupal 8.6

In 4.0 the AccountHeaderBlock got an overhaul. This overhaul resulted in two bugs which we managed to fix and release in this hotfix. The count indicator should now be updated again once you click on the Notification Centre icon.
And the indicator is shown on the top part of the icon again instead of the bottom.
