Quick fix release:

• Remove some useless code
• Remove some useless permissions
• Implement new feature: send mails to recipients with result link

• Issue #3033587 by ken-g: Allow Overlay layers to be declared in hook_leaflet_map_info() without requiring features
• leaflet_markercluster.drupal.js integrated with other original dist files
• LeafletSettingsElementsTrait: defined new 'leaflet_markercluster' settings considering the chance to interfere with previous 'map_markercluster' leaflet 1.2 settings, same of Geofield Map module 'map_markercluster' settings element.
• Better default settings definition for markerclustering (possible conflict with Geofield Map Markerclustering)
