Bug fixes.

Fixing php 7.2 warnings.

1. Added theme for form element.
2. Added optional configurations.
3. Fix the Jquery version conflict.
4. Other minor fixes.

Updated the yett library to v.0.1.8 so that it can accept an array of regexes for unblocking similar to the one that it accepts for blocking. This way, the regex that a plugin author specified can be used in order to selectively unblock the plugin in the front-end depending on the user's choice.
