Thunder 3.0.

Since the rc1 we were able to update the paragraphs module to version 1.9 and the field groups
module to version 3.0-rc1. Additionally, we improved the Thunder 2 to Thunder 3 update experience.

This release fixes issue #3076405.
It adds the core value back into the info.yml file for compatibility moving forward.

• Issue #3077179 by ordavidil, dagmar: Theme suggestions with entity ID does not get picked up
• Issue #3067634 by dagmar: Allow to configure if the permanent entity is public visible
• Issue #3069067 by dagmar: Rename publishing status checkbox into Published

Notably, some necessary refactoring was done to OOify things from D7 and a data loss issue was resolved.

However, there is still plenty of work to do before we can release something stable. Any help with #2830988: [meta] 4.0.0 release roadmap would be appreciated.
