Attempt to fix missing core key

Fixed a know issue with groups by adding a region attribute. This was preventing further development of (Trello)
Renamed labels for proposals, and patents.(Trello)

This includes several new features and bug fixes, the most notable being migration support for Metatag-D7's per-entity values, so any sites migrating from Drupal 7 will now be able to migrate over all of that data! Huge thanks to everyone who helped out, it has been a huge community effort over the past three years to finish this.

This is a hotfix for 8.x-1.0-beta1. The relevant change log is the same 8.x-1.0-beta1.
