The 8.9.x branch is open for development and will now include the latest commits. Those interested in testing the upcoming minor release of Drupal core should continue to work with the 8.8.x branch until the 8.8.0 release on December 4, 2019.

- Issue #3066853 - bug fix for URLs with non-standard ports (e.g. 8000)
- Issue #3087182: bug fix in hook_schema() to provide Postgres support
- If no records in OAI cache tables when accessing OAI endpoint, run queue process to provide results to avoid empty OAI endpoints between cron runs

• Fixed code typos/references.
• Added submodule to execute API callbacks remotely (experimental).
• Other minor fixes.
