Compabillity with Graphql Views 1.0

This release adds several UX improvements for helping you configure how your content should be translated in Lingotek:

• Now we suggest which fields should be included when enabling an entity type, so you can configure everything faster and less error-prone.
• If you have lots of entity types, we provide dialog-based forms for configuring them individually, ensuring there is no performance issues or time exhaustion when saving the forms.
• If you enable an entity type by editing it, we enable the suggested fields for translation.

Also added support for a contributed module:

• Added support to the Block Field module
