This is the first stable release of the Textmetrics module for Drupal 8

• Adds API communication debug logging as commerce_usps does
• Reworks communication flow per input from payroc support (Dallin Rogers)
• Uses PrivateTempStoreFactory to maintain iTransact customer ID through guest checkout
• Now compatible with commerce_recurring

You *must* add "enable-patching":true to your composer.json file so that Campaign Kit can patch the Payment module.
